Applications and Procedures

Application procedures:

1. Turn in application to the Association in person – 

Applications will not be accepted via fax, email or mail.
        a. An incomplete application will not be accepted
b. Please be sure to include the Application fee of $100 or $125 for a rushed background check, per adult or married couple. Rush background check takes 3-5 business days.
c. For SALE applications, six (6) months of advanced maintenance is required when application is submitted. Please contact the office for the correct maintenance amount.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT FEES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN THE FORM OF A CASHIER’S CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*



2. Title company/realtors must request an Estoppel. (For Sales only)
a. The fee for an estoppel letter is $200. (The standard turnaround time is 15 days) For a rushed estoppel letter the fee is $250 (turnaround time of 5 business days).
b. The check should be made payable to Townhouses at Jacaranda. You may contact our collections specialsit at assist2jacaranda@comcast.net if you have any additional questions regarding the estoppel.

3. Once the office has the Application, Fees, Clear background check, and Pre-HUD statement (for Sales) the office will contact the applicant or realtor with a time and date for the interview. 
4. If the applicant is approved he/she will receive a Certificate of Approval. If the applicant is denied, he/she will receive a letter stating such.
Please stop by our office to pick up an application. 
We ask that you allow 30 days to process all applications. 
You must contact the office and set an appointment to submit the application otherwise it will not be accepted.
